Great customer service! Made it a nice experience.

Kim was referred to me by another dealership. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth buying experience for my Denali Ultimate purchase.

The check engine light came on in my 2019 GMC Canyon which I just purchased a few months ago, and have put very few miles on. The service department was unable to tell me exactly why the light came on, what exactly they did to get it to go off, why it is no longer on, or if it will come back on. I was charged to have it hooked up to diagnostics, but if I have the problem again, I do not want to be charged again to have it hooked up to diagnostics if the first trip didn't solve the problem.
