Brought truck in for an oil change, tire repair and the fix a gap in a bed cover that the dealership installed. I left with a nail still in my tire because 9 hours wasn’t enough time for them to look at it. The gap was still in the bed cover even though they said it was fixed. The oil got changed but couldn’t even take the time to reset the oil life. Will never step foot inside Randy Curnow again

The people were friendly and the service was done in a timely manner.

Service was fast. So far no issues. The vehicle was returned with grease on the left door panel, center console, floor mats and steering wheel. I drove home with greasy hands.

Outstanding dealership people were great working there

I found the truck I was looking for online, but when I called it had just been sold. Israel in Sales told me "I got you" and he did. He called the next day and offered to get the same model GMC Canyon from another dealership. A few days later I was able to pick up my new truck from Randy Curnow GMC.

Seemless.

Everything went great from the drop off to the pickup of the vehicle during my oil change. The Def fluid was overfilled and the cap not re-attached and it spilled out all down the side of my truck, leaving a bright white film down the side of the black truck. I hope the acid in the Def fluid didn't ruin the clear coat.

They did a good job of taking care of us in buying our used Yukon denali truck and told us if there any trouble with it bring it back since we bought warranty which covers bumper to bumper warranty. They were very professional and Lee was so forthcoming with our learning of the vehicle and was always keeping us informed of work being done to truck before they released it to us for final purchase I recommend them highly to friends and family.
